Christopher Sieglock

Christopher Sieglock is a distinguished attorney with over 14 years of experience exclusively advocating for individuals and businesses devastated by wildfires caused by utility company negligence. He has been actively involved in more than 75 wildfire cases across the United States. His expertise and dedication have earned him appointments to various committees in major wildfire cases. Representing over 3,000 homeowners, renters, and businesses, Mr. Sieglock has secured over $1 billion in recoveries for his clients, including over $100 million for wrongful death victims in wildfire cases.

Just last year, Mr. Sieglock recovered over $400 million in various California, Alaska and Washington fire cases. He took lead roles in the Yale Fire Litigation (WA), the Mountain Fire Litigation (CA), Steiner Ranch Fire Litigation (TX), the Starbuck Fire Litigation(OK), the Babb Road/Malden Fire Litigation (WA), and the McKinley Fire Litigation (AL). He has been honored to serve on leadership and steering committees in some of the major wildfire cases of the last decade, including the 2017 North Bay Fire Litigation, the 2017 Thomas Fire Litigation and the 2025 Eaton Fire Litigation. Mr. Sieglock works tirelessly for his clients every day to help them rebuild their lives after devastating fires.

Christopher is licensed to practice in the State of California. He graduated from the University of the Pacific Magna Cum Laude and Honors in Political Science, Government and History. Christopher obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law.

Christopher enjoys spending time with his family and getting outdoors for fly fishing, skiing, and golf.

Attorney

Jodee Flint

Jodee brings years of experience in complex litigation and nonprofit management to her role at Sieglock Law. She is deeply committed to supportive, sensitive, and responsive client service, and takes pride in helping her clients understand the legal process while they navigate their recovery from the traumatic losses caused by wildfires.

Jodee earned her BA in Government and International Relations and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Notre Dame. She completed her law degree at Georgetown University Law Center where she was an Associate Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal and contributing author on the Annual Review of Criminal Procedure.

Jodee began her legal career in Gibson Dunn & Crutcher’s Washington, D.C. office as an associate focusing on antitrust litigation, professional malpractice matters, and federal appeals. As one of the only Spanish-speaking associates in the firm, she was often called upon for specialized projects, including internal bank investigations throughout Mexico, and earned the firm’s pro bono award for her successful efforts on a multi-year custody case for a Spanish-speaking family. After leaving Gibson Dunn, Jodee joined former Gibson Dunn colleagues at the Washington, D.C. boutique firm of Tycko & Zavareei, specializing in consumer protection and products liability class actions.

After a rewarding stint in nonprofit management followed by a sabbatical while living in Singapore, Jodee returned to the more traditional practice of law. Now, in addition to her work at Sieglock Law, she leverages her nonprofit experience by serving as outside counsel for several large philanthropic foundations.
Jodee is an avid traveler, reader, and concertgoer. When she is not a digital nomad, Jodee lives in Seal Beach, California with the youngest of her three children and a very old dog.

Morgan Gower

Morgan Gower, a seasoned litigator, recently joined the firm after a personal experience with the Eaton Fire. Growing up in Altadena, she witnessed firsthand the heartbreaking impact of wildfires- including the loss of the homes of her parents and many friends. As a result, she is driven by a deep passion to help those affected by wildfires navigate the legal complexities and fight for the justice they deserve.

Prior to joining the firm, Morgan worked in-house for more than 6.5 years as the Assistant General Counsel at Public Storage, the largest owner and operator of self-storage facilities in the world. There, she oversaw and directed all aspects of litigation and provided advice and counsel on a wide variety of subject matters, including data privacy, cyber security, and consumer protection laws. Prior to working in-house, Morgan was a Partner and trial attorney at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, one of the largest law firms in the U.S., where she specialized in general liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, business loss, and property damage claims.

Morgan is licensed to practice in the State of California. A life-long Angeleno, Morgan earned her BA in political science and public policy from the University of California, Los Angeles. She completed her law degree at Loyola Marymount University.

When not at work, you can find Morgan coaching or spectating at her kids’ sports games. She enjoys running, experimenting with new recipes, and visiting National Parks.

Paralegal

Mayra Del Rio-Raposa

Mayra Del Rio-Raposa began her career in 2013 as a civil litigation paralegal focusing on the fields of employment law and personal injury. Mayra joined Sieglock Law in January 2018 as the legal paralegal. Mayra effectively and compassionately advocates for our clients. She manages the organization and gathering of case information and documentation, drafting of discovery responses and pleadings, and daily communication with our clients.

Mayra was born and raised in San Diego, California, and enjoys all the outdoor activities that beautiful San Diego has to offer. She enjoys spending time with her family and is a mother of two. She is also a Notary Public and a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.

Paralegal

Meghan Monte

Meghan graduated from Rider University summa cum laude with degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies. Meghan’s professional career began in state government, where she advocated for small businesses, helping to write statutory codes and regulations, and ensuring the legitimacy and solvency of companies doing business with the State of New Jersey. Meghan worked in tax law for several years where she helped individuals and businesses navigate complicated civil and criminal tax matters. Excited for the opportunity to help victims of wildfires recover and rebuild, Meghan joined the Sieglock Law team in 2023 where she assists with various matters throughout the litigation process and serves as a main point of contact for clients.

Meghan is a lifelong learner, a yoga teacher, a Reiki Master healer, a fur mama, and a Padres and Eagles fan. When she’s not working, you can likely find Meghan at the gym, on the golf course, traveling the world, or dancing around the kitchen while cooking a delicious meal.
