As a result, she is driven by a deep passion to help those affected by wildfires navigate the legal complexities and fight for the justice they deserve.
Prior to joining the firm, Morgan worked in-house for 7 years as the Assistant General Counsel at a S&P 500 commercial real estate company where she oversaw and directed all aspects of litigation and provided advice and counsel on a wide variety of subject matters, including consumer protection laws, mass torts, class actions, employment law, and data privacy/cyber security. Prior to working in-house, Morgan was a Partner and trial attorney at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, one of the largest law firms in the U.S., where she specialized in general liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, business loss, and property damage claims.
Morgan is licensed to practice in the State of California. A life-long Angeleno, Morgan earned her BA in political science and public policy from the University of California, Los Angeles. She completed her law degree at Loyola Law School.
When not at work, you can find Morgan coaching or spectating at her kids’ sports games. She enjoys running, experimenting with new recipes, and visiting National Parks.
